Bluemont Christian Fellowship is a group of ordinary people whose lives have been changed by getting to know the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that God our creator loves each and every one of us and that he wants us to know and love Him too. In fact, God became a man in order to bridge the gap that exists between us and God. So we worship this God/man, the Lord Jesus, and we want to share the good news about who He is with everyone.
We desire for our lives and our worship to reflect the simple teachings in the Bible. So we try to align our priorities with those of the early church. The Bible says that early Christians devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. Although we are not part of any denomination, we accept all who have placed their faith in Jesus as our brothers and sisters in the Lord.
If you have trusted in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are very welcome to join us on Sunday mornings as we learn about and worship him together. Or, if you still have some questions about who Jesus is and whether or not the Bible is trustworthy, we would love to have you join us for a free Christianity Explored study. Come and find out why the central message of Christianity is still called "the good news!"
